Alicia Lykos is the CEO and Founder. She is passionate about empowering workplaces to design, hire and inspire high performing teams through a data-drive approach with Predictive Index. She has been using PI since 2012 and is a fully certified PI trainer and practitioner.

Prior to starting her own business, she was the HR Director for multiple IT companies and has a deep connection to the IT industry and technology space. She has been the right-hand to numerous CEO's across Australia and a trusted adviser to help grow numerous start-ups and mid-size firms.

She loves presenting, facilitating workshops and has been an industry speaker on numerous panels and events. She is member of NSW Leaders.

Alicia was recognised in 2019 as one of the fastest growing PI Certified Partners in the network and is helping grow the Predictive Index footprint in Australia.

sales management and leadership experience, having spent more than 15 years as an
executive with Singapore Airlines, one of the world’s most recognised brands.

Dawn is based in Perth and is our expert on the West-Coast of Australia.

Working with small-to-medium sized businesses with high growth potential, Geoff’s passion is to advance performance, align business capability, and drive profitability through people.

Geoff’s career has always been in the arena of Human Resources, primarily in people development. Having worked in a corporate setting, it was there where Geoff developed his passion for people and interest in behavioural management.

His recent work focuses mainly on developing leaders, building teams, and growing individuals by unlocking their strengths with more than 5 years of PI experience under his belt.
