As a consultant and dynamic leader, her focus is on the underpinnings of what enables individuals and groups thrive – understanding themselves, understanding others, and clearly defining expectations – then utilizing this knowledge in a proactive and positive manner.

Focused on building better places to work for more than a decade, Emily has worked closely with organizations in nearly every industry, global and domestic. She is an expert at quantifying the value of engaged employees and engaged work teams in terms of dollars, productivity, turnover, customer loyalty, safety, and absenteeism. She has a master’s degree in Educational Psychology, with a focus in Qualitative and Quantitative Methods from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.

Jennifer brings more than a decade of experience in operational management for consulting firms. She is responsible for overseeing and directing a multitude of business initiatives including project management, quality control, and customer service. With a focus on sound program management practices, Jennifer is an incredibly valuable team member. She works with clients to efficiently plan and execute projects to successful outcomes that meet their unique visions.
