Angela Lucente
Angela has over 20 years of experience collaborating with organizations of all sizes and in all industries, helping design and deliver talent optimization processes to support organizational development, with a focus on achieving desired results.
With an extensive background in education, retail management, information systems, human resources, and business development, Angela understand and relate to the needs and concerns of a people in a wide range of positions and industries. Clients include: American Honda, Amgen, State Farm, Molina Healthcare, SCAN, JPL, Kelley Blue Book, American Sugar, Orange County Sanitation District, and CEVA Logistics.
Angela holds degrees in organization and leadership, computer science, and family studies. She is a presenter and active member of several professional organizations and has served as District Vice Chair, and VP of Programs for the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), and the Association for Training and Development (ATD), Orange County Chapter, and is a part-time faculty member for the University of Phoenix and the University of California, Irvine.
